Thyme

This low growing plant makes a great border for any garden. It has tiny, aromatic leaves that cover slender woody stalks. Beside people enjoying the taste and smell of thyme in many dishes, the bees also appreciate it's sweet smelling white flowers. It is a perennial, so find a place in your garden where you will appreciate it for years to come. The plant can growing up to 10" high, but so far I have only see mine get to 4-5".
