What is the cancellation policy?

Should you change your mind after purchasing a plant, you will have seven days (includes weekends) to cancel your order to get your money back or change the order. You can contact me at ivy@bluetomatovt.com for all questions, concerns or changes in orders.

 

In the event that you cancel your order after the seven day from the purchase time, your money will not be refunded. This is a small, home run business. Upon finalizing your order, these plants are held specifically for you, so customers might have to seek other plant varieties. Canceling early or changing your order before the seven days means someone else could get the plant they really wanted.

 

What is the return policy?

All plant deliveries are final. No returns. Should you choose to cancel an order it must be done within in the seven day purchase date. Review the cancellation policy for more details.

To finish your purchase, you can pay by:
