Peppermint

An easy growing, determined medicinal herb. It smells amazing and tastes great too! Although it has a tendency to spread, it's easy to cut back when getting unruly. This peppermint has wider leaves than other mints and darker green leaves. The stems and veins of the plant are purple. Besides using this plant in teas, it is also great in breads and sweets of all kinds.
