Nimba zucchini

A Polish squash with light green and dark green streaked fruit. It is hardy and produces early for short-season locations. The skin of the fruit is more tender on this variety and it is more flavorful than others. (Please note: you can pick the fruit at 6-8" for the most flavor, however, I let many of mine grow larger for relish and bread, as seen in the picture.)
