Hopi Dye amaranth

This easy to grow, stunning plant was originally used as a dye for the Hopi Nation. The leaves are a dark purple and the flower head is reddish-purple. Seeds and young leaves can be used in food. It makes a beatiful addition to any garden and the pollinators enjoy it too!
