Dreadlock amaranth

Absolutely beautiful amaranth! It is perfect for adding vibrant magenta color to any garden. The young leaves and seeds are edible. I grow these among my tomatoes, beans and flowers. They typically get three feet tall and drape over like a bumpy weeping willow or a waterfall. Plant stem is thick and sturdy so there is no need to support it.
