This Swiss-bred variety has sweet flavor, juicy crunch, and incredibly long storage life. This vegetable has bright orange flesh, slightly tapered roots and strong tops. It is the perfect root crop for cold storage as it holds it's sugars (sweetness) longer than other carrots.
