Borage

This easy growing plant has fuzzy, broad leaves with blue and pink flowers. The leaves and flowers are edible. They have a cucumber flavor. Lots of customers like to add the flowers to water or in honey. The plant can grow up to a foot and half tall and it's a beneficial plant to bees.
